What the IBPS guide requires for the declaration

The text to write
“I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will submit the supporting documents as and when required.”
That wording is the notice’s own. This tool does not write, generate, type or check the declaration. It prepares the image of a declaration you have already written.
If anyone else writes it, the application is invalid
The guide is direct on this: if the declaration is written by anybody else, or in any other language, “the application will be considered as invalid”, and a declaration in capital letters is not accepted either.

If you cannot write
For candidates who cannot write, Annexure III provides a typed-text/left-thumb-impression exception. Read the exact clause on PDF page 2, including its condition about candidates who are also unable to sign, for your circumstances. Read the official exception (opens in a new tab).
Preparing it so nothing is cut off
Write inside a 10 × 5 cm frame (twice as wide as it is tall), leaving a small margin around the text. Scan it at 200 DPI or better in true colour, then crop to the edges of the writing. This preset fits the whole image inside 800 × 400 and adds white space rather than cropping, so no stroke is lost.
The panel above the download reports the exact pixel size and byte count before you save, so you can confirm 800 × 400 and 50–100 KB without opening the file. Keep the original scan: the portal runs its own upload editor afterwards.
IBPS RRB means Regional Rural Banks: this is the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection’s rural-banking recruitment, not the Railway Recruitment Board.
