What to write about
- A requirement looks wrong. Include the page and a link to the official notice or a screenshot of the upload screen. We check it against the notice and correct the page.
- A tool did not work. Say which tool, your browser and device, and the size you needed. Please do not attach your photo or signature; a description is enough.
- A new application or cycle. Send the official notice link and we will consider adding a page for it.
What we cannot help with
FormAssets cannot check your application status, change a submitted form or answer eligibility questions. Those go to the recruitment board’s official helpdesk listed in its notice.
