About FormAssets
FormAssets helps you get a photo or signature accepted by an online application form the first time: the right pixel size, file size and format, prepared in your own browser.

Who runs it
FormAssets is an independent project built and maintained by Rai Ansar, a software developer. It is not affiliated with SSC, IBPS, TNPSC, any recruitment board or any government body. For anything about your application itself, the official notice and the board’s helpdesk are the authority.
Why it exists
Application portals reject uploads for reasons that are easy to fix but hard to see: a photo that is 3 KB over the limit, a signature scanned at the wrong shape, a file saved as PNG when the form wants JPG. Generic image compressors do not know those rules. Each FormAssets application page lists the specific requirements from the current official notice and prepares a file that meets them.
How requirement pages are researched
- Every size, dimension and format on an application page comes from that exam’s official notice or upload instructions, linked on the page with the date it was checked.
- Where a notice contradicts itself (for example, two different signature sizes in two sections), the page says so and shows both, rather than picking one silently.
- Pages are rechecked when we see a board publish a corrigendum or open a new cycle, and the “last updated” date changes only when the content does.
How the tools work
The resizers run entirely in your browser. Your photo and signature are never uploaded to FormAssets; the processing happens on your device and the result is saved from there. See the privacy page for what the site does collect.
How AI is used
Drafts of guides and requirement pages are written with the help of AI writing tools. Every requirement is then checked by hand against the official notice before it is published, and the tools have automated tests for the sizes and file limits each form asks for. If you find an error, please tell us and we will correct it as soon as we have checked it.
